Exchange Policy

We do not provide refunds or returns on any order once it has been delivered.

This is because surgical and medical products cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, and contamination reasons.

Exchange Policy (Only If Damaged or Not Working)

An exchange will be provided only in the following conditions:

• Product received is physically damaged
• Product is defective or not working
• Product is different from what you ordered

Hygiene & Safety Restrictions

Due to the sensitive nature of surgical items, the following conditions apply:

• Used products will not be accepted
• Unboxed or opened items will not be accepted
• Products that come in sealed sterile packaging must remain fully sealed
• Any item showing signs of use, tampering, or contamination cannot be exchanged

These rules ensure customer safety and comply with medical hygiene standards.

Conditions for Exchange Request

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order number
• Clear photos/video showing the damage or defect
• Product must be in original packaging, unused, and without any signs of handling

After verification, if approved, we will process an exchange for the same product.

Please note: No refunds or returns will be granted under any circumstance.

Non-Exchangeable Situations

We will not exchange items in the following cases:

• Wrong product ordered by customer
• Change of mind
• Product used, opened, unboxed, or damaged after delivery
• Missing accessories or altered packaging
